When design, print and digital combine

 

At the beginning of the year we were approached by Bob Caterer, who was looking for a London design agency to launch his new business venture, A plumbing supply merchant in Enfield. Originally, he wanted to name it Enfield Plumbing Supplies. We advised him to shorten this to EPS, allowing for future growth.

 

We worked on a variety of simple brand concepts, something clean and simple.

The final logo(above) incorporated the wrench into E of the logo.

 

Upon approval of the logo we moved quickly on to the website, launch day / opening day of the shop was approaching fast.

The website contained instant calls to action combined with strong graphics and brand presence. We gave the site basic SEO and CMS, whilst ensuring it was mobile optimised.

For the shop front, due to budget constraints (this was a start up after all!) we cleaned up the shop front and designed and installed the signage and window graphics.

Upon opening, we managed all the social media content and then our next task was to ensure their customers could find them. We started with google ads and more SEO work on their site.

We also found an ideal spot for outdoor advertising (right next to one of their competitors!)

Finally we created the perfect mix of digital and print with a direct mail campaign to all plumbers in the Enfield, Greater London Area. For each potential customer it had a unique QR code, allowing us to track everyone on the database.
